Sovereign-scale agricultural infrastructure
Physical validation of our precision engineering. We deploy multi-spectral drone intelligence and off-grid utility systems to turn raw West African acreage into high-yield export enterprises.

The UPGS development Pilot model
Our flagship operational testbed in Epe, Lagos State, serves as the physical proof of AGL's vertically integrated capabilities. Operating entirely off-grid, the facility validates our zero-diesel solar microgrid design and advanced hydrogeological water systems under real-world West African conditions.
Phase 1 plantations have already surpassed initial yield targets. Phase 2 introduces a highly anticipated, dedicated genetically selected nursery infrastructure engineered to deploy millions of high-yield seedlings directly to client sites across Nigeria, Ghana, and Sierra Leone.
Precision command in action
Agritech Guild Limited brings high-resolution sensor data, UAV geospatial intelligence, and civil engineering expertise together on every site we engage. From the first soil assessment to final commissioning, every phase of development is fully documented , delivering absolute operational transparency to our partners.
Our precision planning methodology has built a reputation that extends well beyond agriculture. The same structured approach we apply to large-scale farmland development has earned us engagement across diverse sectors, from commercial and residential developments to industrial and hospitality projects. This cross-sector depth is not coincidence. It is the result of a systematic, data-driven planning philosophy that consistently identifies and unlocks value where others see only complexity. At scale, that advantage is decisive.
