Our Story
AGL did not begin in a boardroom. It began in the field.
Long before the guild carried its name, the people behind it were proving the model on the ground. A working pilot farm in Epe, Lagos State, served as the first proof of concept, where precision agronomy, soil science, off-grid civil engineering and disciplined land development were tested against real conditions rather than slides.
That groundwork matured into something larger: Industrial Scale Processing, designed on a Soil-to-Shelf principle, where raw commodity is grown, processed, and carried all the way to export-grade product under one coordinated operation. Building it required assembling a bench of capabilities rarely found under a single roof.
AGL is that bench, made available to landowners who qualify.
Our vision
AGL exists to turn West Africa's underused titled/registered land into engineered, processing-backed prosperity. The vision is a region where a landowner with documented title and serious intent can access, under one disciplined guild, every capability needed to take ground from raw acreage to export-grade product: precision agronomy, mechanization, value-added processing, independent energy and water, and investment-grade capital structuring. With a vision to manage 200,000+ acres across West Africa, AGL has the track record to match the ambition. Rather than exporting raw commodity and surrendering the margin, AGL builds Soil-to-Shelf assets that keep value on the continent and generate lasting returns for the people who own the land, for generations. Precision. Processing. Prosperity.

Our Experience
The work behind AGL is not theoretical.
- Operations established across West African markets
- Internationally recognized certifications held within the guild, spanning plant genetics and biotechnology, export registration, international inspection standards, and certified aerial operations.
- Partnerships with international processing-equipment manufacturers and energy-systems providers.
- Industrial projects structured at scale, with engineering, costing, and risk frameworks built to the standard development finance institutions require.
We do not name our clients or partners here. Discretion (NDA) is part of the service. The landowners and institutions we work with value the same privacy we extend to you.
Our Promise
Precision. Processing. Prosperity.
We measure before we move. We add value rather than ship raw. And we build assets designed to generate returns for the people who own the land, for generations.
Our team - what we bring
Precision Agronomy and Soil Intelligence.* Land assessment, soil testing, and crop-suitability mapping that tell you what your land can actually carry before a single naira is committed.
Geomatics and Aerial Survey. UAV-based mapping, remote sensing, and certified drone operations that turn raw acreage into precise, decision-ready data.
Agricultural Mechanization. The equipment, layout, and operating discipline to move from subsistence-scale activity to commercial output.
Processing and Value Addition. The engineering and equipment partnerships to take a crop from field to export-grade shelf product, capturing the margin that raw commodity sales surrender.
Energy Infrastructure. Solar generation paired with battery energy storage, engineered to power processing and irrigation independent of an unreliable grid.
Off-Grid Water Solutions. Water sourcing, storage, and delivery systems built for sites where municipal supply does not reach.
Capital Structuring and Development Finance. Investment-grade documentation, special-purpose-vehicle structuring, and direct engagement with development finance institutions and private capital.
